ITX Lab's main goal is to assist French and foreign companies for tax and customs issues in their international trading operations.

Michaël and Philippe numerous experiences with corporate companies brought them to the conclusion that both exporters and importers feel sometimes a bit alone and appreciate to be assisted by supply chain specialists able to propose the most optimized and coordinated schemes of export and/or import processes.

Michaël and Philippe have thought that their own joint experiences in VAT, indirect taxes and customs might be useful to French and European companies.

ITX Lab, for Indirect Taxes Laboratory, is proposing practical audits and professional trainings to its clients such as:

• correct use of French and European VAT rules in the scope of their international trading operations,
• analysis of customs processes and returns, compliance of invoicing requirements,
• use of correct Incoterms and coherence with the general sales condition,
• compatibility of the commercial documents with the general sales condition,

• VAT codification within ERPs,
• research for non deducted French VAT.
